Due to demographic changes in many communities in British Columbia an alteration to the qualifying criteria and the number of berths allocated to each zone is currently being proposed.
The proposed changes will have no impact on the Vancouver, North Shore, Independent or Fraser Valley zones. The changes recommended in the proposal will effect the berthing allotment for the Vancouver Island, Okanagan, North Central and the Kootenays zones. For more details, please refer to the information package emailed to all Zone Representatives last week.
Coaches across BC re being asked to vote on the proposal by February 16th, 2015. If approved, the changes to he berthing allotment will take affect this year.
